Recently, the construction of Yufeng Aluminum's high-end engine housing manufacturing project, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, is in full swing. It is planned to be completed and put into operation in the first quarter of 2027.
It is learned that the steel structure main projects of the project's No. 2 and No. 3 workshops have been basically completed, with the main framework formed and stable; the preparatory work for the No. 1 workshop is ready, and the steel structure hoisting operation will be initiated in September this year; the first floor template support construction of the No. 4 workshop is progressing smoothly, with close connections and orderly progress in each process. According to the construction plan, the four workshops will be fully delivered by the end of December this year.
This project is an investment increase and expansion project implemented by Yufeng Aluminum based on its existing industrial foundation, and it is also a key supplementary and strengthening project for the high-end aluminum products manufacturing industry in Haierling.
After the project is completed, the overall production capacity of the enterprise will double, increasing from the original annual production of 500,000 sets to 1 million sets. The project will adopt domestic and international high-end die-casting, precision CNC processing integrated intelligent equipment, and be equipped with automated detection and digital quality control systems, changing the traditional extensive processing mode.
At present, the high-end die-casting equipment worth 50 million yuan and the CNC precision processing equipment worth 60 million yuan have entered the public bidding process, preparing the hardware for subsequent intelligent production.
After the project is fully completed and put into operation, the enterprise will form a large-scale production matrix of 20 integrated intelligent production lines, connecting the entire production process from raw material die-casting, precise processing to automated finished product inspection, achieving multiple improvements in product quality, production efficiency, and production capacity scale, and helping the High-tech Zone's high-end equipment manufacturing industry to upgrade and improve.
