On November 25, 2025, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued Notice No. 2025/115 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) investigation on aluminum windows and doors imported from China. The investigation was launched in response to a formal application submitted by Australian domestic company Ventora Group Pty Ltd and the industry association Australian Glass and Window Association.
The subject products are classified under Australian Customs Tariff Code 7610.10.00.12.
The period of investigation for dumping and subsidies covers July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025, while the injury investigation period extends back to July 1, 2021.
The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission is expected to finalize its Statement of Essential Facts no later than March 16, 2026, and to submit its final determination report to the Minister for Industry and Science no later than April 29, 2026.
