The global primary aluminium output in August was 6.277 million tons

According to data from the International Aluminium Institute (IAI), global primary aluminium production was 6.277 million tons in August 2025, compared with 6.222 million tons in the same period last year. The revised figure for the previous month was 6.268 million tons. It is estimated that China's primary aluminium output in August will be 3.764 million tons, compared with a revised 3.764 million tons in the previous month.
