On September 18, 2025, the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) issued an announcement stating that for certain high-strength aluminum or aluminum alloy coated steels, And automotive products and automobiles containing these materials (Certain High-Strength Aluminum or Aluminum Alloy-Coated Steel, and Automotive Products and Automobiles Containing Same, Investigation No. 337-TA-1402) made a partial final determination in 337: The final preliminary ruling made by the administrative law judge on July 18, 2025 of this case was reviewed. On April 17, 2024, ArcelorMittal of Luxembourg filed a Section 337 investigation application with the United States ITC.
