The US has proposed including another 14 types of derivative products in the "Section 232" tariffs imposed on steel, aluminum and copper. The US Department of Commerce issued a notice in the Federal Register seeking public comments. The US stated that the proposed products include aluminum powder, welding machine components and tank semi-trailers, etc. Previously, the US adjusted the scope of metal tariffs and still maintained a 50% tax rate.
