Recently, Yuefeng Aluminum has achieved another technological breakthrough. The applied invention patents "A Preparation Method for Low-Resonance 6061-O State Aluminum Alloy Sheets" and "A Production Method for 6061-T651 Aluminum Alloy Thick Plates", as well as the utility model patent "A Smelting Furnace for Reducing Aluminum Dust Loss and Achieving High and Low Position Flow Distribution" and "An Auxiliary Measurement Device for Resonance Rate" have all been granted patent authorization by the National Intellectual Property Administration.
All the authorized patents were independently developed by the Yufeng Aluminum R&D team, focusing on industry pain points and the demand for green and low-carbon transformation. They solved a number of technical problems that had long constrained production efficiency, product quality, and cost control. Among them, "A Preparation Method for Low-Forming-Rate 6061-O State Aluminum Alloy Sheets" effectively solved the problem of high forming ear rate of traditional 6061-O state aluminum alloy in stamping, significantly improving the overall production efficiency; "A Production Method for 6061-T651 Aluminum Alloy Thick Plates" produces thick plates with high strength and short production cycle, which can fully meet the requirements of high-reliability materials for high-end equipment, mechanical structures, and mold manufacturing, and can also reduce production energy consumption; "A Smelting Furnace for Reducing Aluminum Chip Burn-off and Achieving High-Low Position Flow Distribution" significantly reduces metal burn-off during the smelting process, effectively improving metal utilization efficiency, and aligning with the "carbon neutrality" goal and green manufacturing direction; "An Ear Rate Auxiliary Measurement Device" realizes rapid, accurate, and stable measurement of ear rate, providing strong quality control support for the production of high-quality aluminum alloy sheets.
As of now, Yuefeng Aluminum has a total of 268 valid patent licenses, among which 148 are invention patents.
