Yuefeng Aluminum Industry's "Advanced Intelligent Factory for Green and Low-Carbon Electrolytic Aluminum" has achieved a seamless integration of multiple systems and scenarios through MES, LIMS, etc., deeply integrating all business processes including procurement, production, quality, finance, and logistics. It comprehensively collects various core data and conducts centralized analysis, providing precise data support for production and operation decisions. The company has also overcome technical challenges in data stable collection and reliable transmission under environments such as strong magnetic fields, high temperatures, and high dust. It has realized real-time networking and data interoperability for over 50,000 pieces of equipment. At the same time, the company's independently developed "Electrolytic Aluminum Expert Control System" successfully applied algorithms for autonomous learning and dynamic optimization of process parameters based on deep learning, achieving a leap from manual experience operation to data-driven intelligence, and comprehensively enhancing enterprise management efficiency and market competitiveness.
