Recently, the construction of the high-end engine housing manufacturing project of Yuefeng Aluminum Industry, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, is in full swing. It is planned to be completed and put into operation in the first quarter of 2027.
It is learned that the steel structure main projects of the No. 2 and No. 3 factory buildings of the project have been basically completed, with the main framework formed and stable; the preparatory work for the No. 1 factory building is all ready, and the steel structure hoisting operation will be initiated in September this year; the first floor template support construction of the No. 4 factory building is progressing smoothly, with close connections and orderly advancement of each process. According to the construction plan, the four factory buildings will be completed for overall delivery by the end of December this year.
This project is a capital increase and expansion project implemented by Yuefeng Aluminum Industry based on its existing industrial foundation, and it is also a key supplementary and strengthening project for the high-end aluminum product manufacturing industry in Hailei.
After the completion of the project, the overall production capacity of the enterprise will double, increasing from the original annual production of 500,000 sets to 1 million sets. The project will adopt domestic and international high-end die-casting, precision CNC processing integrated intelligent equipment, and be equipped with automated detection and digital quality control systems, changing the traditional extensive processing mode.
At present, the high-end die-casting equipment with a total value of 5 million yuan and CNC precision processing equipment with a value of 6 million yuan have entered the public bidding process, preparing the hardware for subsequent intelligent production.
After the full completion and production of the project, the enterprise will form a large-scale production matrix of 20 integrated intelligent production lines, connecting the entire production process from raw material die-casting, precise machining to automated finished product inspection, achieving multiple improvements in product quality, production efficiency, and production scale, and helping the High-tech Zone's high-end equipment manufacturing industry to upgrade and improve.
