Recently, the "Integrated Die Casting Without Heat Treatment of Aluminum Alloy" group standard, jointly developed by units such as Wuxi Die Casting Technology Association and Yuefeng (Wuxi) Lightweight Research Institute, with the participation of many renowned universities and upstream and downstream industry enterprises, was officially released and implemented. This standard is the world's first specialized group standard for the integrated die casting field, filling the gap in industry norms and marking that China has first established a systematic and complete technical system in this cutting-edge technology field. It is of milestone significance for promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and leading the technological development of the industry.
During the standard development process, the Lightweight Research Institute provided full support throughout, covering from project initiation and argumentation, technical verification, to the writing and final editing of core content. It played a significant role in all these aspects. YFAL® CN30 alloy independently developed by Yuefeng Group was successfully incorporated into the standard system, fully demonstrating Yuefeng's core strength in overcoming world-class technical challenges and filling the domestic industrial gap in aluminum alloy materials.
