We will implement the industrial innovation project, promote the construction of innovation facilities, technological research and development, and product iteration and upgrading in an integrated manner, and accelerate the cluster development of strategic emerging industries such as new energy, new materials, aerospace, and low-altitude economy. Improve the industrial ecosystem, carry out large-scale application demonstration actions for new technologies, new products and new scenarios, and accelerate the large-scale development of emerging industries.
Strengthen original innovation and breakthroughs in key core technologies. We will improve the new national system and take extraordinary measures to achieve decisive breakthroughs in key core technologies in key areas such as integrated circuits, industrial mother machines, high-end instruments, basic software, advanced materials and biomanubicin throughout the entire chain.
