Yuefeng Aluminum 36MN Double-Action Forward Extrusion Machine Successfully Conducted Hot Test

Recently, the 36MN dual-action forward extrusion machine supplied as a complete set by China Heavy Industry Institute for Yuefeng Aluminum Co., Ltd. successfully completed its one-time hot load test run. The equipment operated smoothly and all technical indicators met or exceeded the contractual requirements.
The 36MN dual-action forward extrusion machine is one of the core equipment of Yufeng Aluminum's "Three Precision Base" project. It is mainly used for the production of high-strength, high-precision and thin-walled aluminum materials for key national fields. To meet the strict process requirements, the project adopts the electro-hydraulic closed-loop high-precision needle positioning technology, which enables precise needle positioning during the extrusion process, effectively ensuring the quality of the products; the use of solid perforated pipe extrusion technology significantly improves the material utilization rate and production efficiency; the application of servo hydraulic transmission technology realizes high-precision and high-response control of the hydraulic system while significantly reducing energy consumption, practicing the concept of green manufacturing; the configuration of a digital intelligent control system enables real-time collection, analysis and traceability of extrusion process parameters, providing strong data support for the stable improvement of product quality.
The successful hot trial of the 36MN extruder marks that all the main machine units of the Yufeng Aluminum "Three Precision Base" project, which was undertaken by China Heavy Industry Institute, have entered the delivery stage. This is an important milestone in the construction of the "Three Precision Base". After the base is completed, it will further enhance Yufeng Aluminum's competitive advantage in the production of high-strength and high-precision aluminum alloy extruded products.
