The production end builds a continuous manufacturing link of "die casting island - post-processing - aging storage - FMS precision machining - cleaning and air tightness testing and leak detection", achieving 100% online full inspection and data collection for key processes. Relying on AI technology, it builds a quality closed loop of "online detection - single-piece traceability - AI-enabled QRQC fast response - knowledge feedback", quickly identifying abnormalities, locating the root cause, and closing-loop rectification, building a large-scale knowledge base, and turning frontline manufacturing experience into reusable digital intelligent assets, with full-chain digital quality control to lay a solid foundation for quality.
